Our scope covered interior design, general planning, building permit, tender, execution, site management, cost control, schedule management and engineering coordination. Acting simultaneously as designer, general planner and general contractor, we brought every discipline under one roof and one point of accountability. This allowed for faster decision making, tighter quality control and a more coherent result from concept through to construction.
