The HPS Investment Fund project in Munich is one of the most significant commissions in the Arize portfolio. It stands out primarily as a cross-border project and one of the highest specification office renovations we have delivered. It demonstrates that Arize Studio operates effectively beyond Switzerland and at the very top end of the market.
Working with Unispace, one of the world's leading workplace design firms, Arize served as local architect and full project lead for an ultra high-end office renovation with a significant construction value. Our responsibilities covered the full scope of local delivery, from building permit application and tender management through to execution, cost control and the complete coordination of engineers and contractors on the ground in Germany.
Operating in a cross-border context required a precise and structured approach to communication, compliance and contractor management. Over a six-month construction period, we maintained full oversight of every phase, ensuring that the project met the exacting standards Unispace and their client required.
