Two concert halls designed and built within an active school environment
The ICS International School project in Zumikon marks Arize's entry into the education and cultural infrastructure sector. Commissioned through M Moser Associates, we are responsible for the full planning and construction of two concert halls within an active private school environment, a context that demands as much sensitivity as it does technical precision.
Our scope covered the complete delivery as local architect, project lead and site manager. We coordinated all engineering disciplines and contractors throughout the process, managing cost control and scheduling across a two-month construction window. Working within an occupied school building required careful planning of construction sequences and close coordination with the school.
The result will be two fully functioning concert halls that serve both the school community and the broader cultural life of the institution. This project opens a new chapter for Arize, demonstrating our ability to bring the same rigour and precision we apply to high-end commercial projects into the education sector.
