LMR Partners

The LMR Partners project required Arize to step in as local architect and full project lead for M Moser Associates, one of the world's leading workplace design firms. We took on the complete internal project management and served as the primary point of contact on the ground in Switzerland.

Our scope covered the full lifecycle of the commission. We managed the building permit, tender process and execution planning, ensuring that every phase of the project was structured and ready before work began on site. Once construction started, we took on site management as a distinct responsibility, overseeing day to day execution, contractor performance and quality control throughout the build.

Alongside site management, we maintained full project management oversight, keeping cost control and scheduling on track from start to finish. Engineering coordination was handled entirely in house, ensuring that all specialist planners worked to a single, coherent delivery plan.

The fit-out was completed to a high specification within a four-month construction window, meeting both the quality standards and timeline that M Moser and their client required. This project established the foundation of a long-term partnership with M Moser Associates, built on our ability to act as a reliable and precise local delivery partner for international firms working in Switzerland.
