The Millennium Management project in Baar, Zug represents the scale of work Arize is built for. Commissioned through M Moser Associates, we acted as local architect, client representative and full project lead across 940 m² of high-end office space for one of the world's largest hedge funds.
Our role covered the complete scope of internal project delivery. We managed execution planning, the full tender and award process, contractor coordination, cost control and schedule management throughout a six month construction period. As client representative, we maintained clear and consistent communication between M Moser, the end client and all contractors and engineers on site, ensuring that decisions were made efficiently and the project stayed on track at every phase.
Engineering coordination was central to the delivery, with multiple specialist planners brought together under a single management structure. The project was completed to the exacting standards that a firm of this standing requires. Millennium Management's Swiss office in Baar remains one of the most significant commissions in the Arize portfolio and a benchmark for the quality of work we bring to large scale investment fund environments.
