Neuberger Berman

Neuberger Berman is one of the most respected names in global asset management, and this Zurich commission demanded the level of quality their reputation commands. Working through M Moser Associates, Arize served as local architect, general planner and full project lead across a substantial high end office fit-out in the heart of Zurich.

Our scope covered the full lifecycle of the project. We managed the building permit application, the full tender and execution process, site management, cost control and schedule management from start to finish. As general planner, we were responsible for the coordination of all engineering disciplines, ensuring that structural, mechanical and technical requirements were fully integrated into the delivery plan from the outset.

We took the project through to a fully completed, high specification office environment, acting simultaneously as general planner, site manager and internal project lead on behalf of M Moser. The project was completed within a four month construction window, on time and to specification, demonstrating Arize's ability to manage complexity across multiple disciplines under a single point of responsibility.
