Architect of record and project lead for new school build
Running from 2025 to 2031, this long-term project sees Arize serving as architect of record across SIA phases 31 to 33, working alongside M Moser Associates and directly for ICS International School in Zumikon.
With a total footprint of 10,000 m², the project requires a sustained and structured approach to architectural planning, engineering coordination and project management across multiple phases. As architect of record, Arize carries formal responsibility for the architectural delivery of the building, ensuring that every phase meets the technical, regulatory and design standards required for a project of this scale and duration.
This commission marks a defining moment for Arize, moving from high end interior renovations and project management into full architectural responsibility for a large scale new build. It is the clearest signal yet of the direction the studio is heading and the level at which we are now operating.
